Emerson Waldorf rising Grade 1 parents are invited to schedule a personal conference with Mr. Shannon Wiley who will be the Grade 1 teacher beginning in the fall 2015. This conference is optional and allows parents whose child has been enrolled in the Early Childhood program at the Emerson Waldorf School the opportunity to consult with their future teacher about their child and about their family, if they would like to do so at this time. The dates and times that are listed are the only dates and times Mr. Wiley has available for conferences.
Please be aware of the additional opportunities you will have to get to know Mr. Wiley should a personal conference time not work with your schedule:
- In May 2015, there will be a Meet-the-Teacher Evening for all rising Grade 1 parents in the 1st Grade Classroom with Mr. Wiley.
- Mr. Wiley will be scheduling home visits for Grade 1 families in the summer/fall which will also provide you with a personal meeting in your home prior or at the beginning of the school year.
